Brake rotors
The meticulous approach to the brake rotors
Your search for the perfect brake rotors has come to an end. Understanding the needs of our clients we’ve combined our experience and passion for brakes in the production of the Brannor brake rotors. Joint efforts of modern technology and precise machining leads to the unique product that have all the advantages available today. We started from choosing the right alloy for the casting. Recent researches confirm that high carbon iron alloy can withstand the most stress to the material during extreme temperature operation. Precise machining ensures the minimal tolerance on each and every brake rotor. Thanks to our in-house measuring laboratory we are able to thoroughly check each and every component we create to conform with the DOT standards. All brake rotors are mill balanced and grinded for the perfect run-out of the end product outclassing the category’s average. To prevent rust and maintain the perfect look through all the seasons and weather conditions we have joined forces with the world leading coating manufacturers to come up with the perfect solution — a high zinc polymer coating that is 150 times more durable than industry-standard zinc plating.
Reinventing the rotor pattern for the perfect impression
Big things start with a small step. Here at Brannor we have set an ambitious and appealing goal to develop an all new pattern for out brake rotors that would be both practical and aesthetical. We started from the scratch and developed numerous sketches before proceeding to computer rendering. Comprehensive thermal and performance tests resulted in a short-list that was vigorously tested on a road and on the track to find the absolute winner. After all the development process we can state that our innovative pattern design has led to increased durability, performance, and reliability. The Duo-Slot design of the Brannor rotors improved the bite and wear uniformity of the pads. To prevent the structural stiffness while adding the refined style of the pattern we have used restrained perforation on all brake rotors. Small steps that lead to the perfected impression backed up by rigorous development and testing, so you could enjoy the optimal performance and long life of your Brannor rotors.
